Prenatal vitamins, hands down. They will make them grow faster and also stronger so they don't break as easily. There is nothing better. It also helps improve the condition of hair and skin. You don't have to be pregnant to take them-just get the ones without the extra iron. They are available over the counter at any drugstore, and if you buy the generic ones you can get a month's worth for less than $10.

I think your nails are like your hair there's no way to make them grow faster, unless your diet is super crappy. You need to eat a balanced diet for sure! About the nails though, people always think my nails are fake, i even had a lady at the nail salon ask me once lol. I've gotten awesomely beautiful nails like I did hair, by taking care of them. I keep good nail polish on them at all times and file them just a little every 5 days or so as needed. This prevents them from chipping and peeling so that they grow strong and healthy. File and polish all the time!!! good luck!!!

Keep a good strong nail polish on, like Sally Hanson. Your hair and nails are made of protein, so eat gelatin, fish chicken and eggs or protein bars to help. Taking vitamins help also.

There's a vitamin that helps with that... I can't remember. BUT if you just look in the vitamin and supplements aisle, just look for one made for hair, skin and nails. Also, rub cuticle cream into your cuticles and push them back, allowing your nails to grow. You should have a strong nailpolish, especially made for growing nails and keeping them strong. Sally Hansen has a huge array of them. Go to Walgreens and check them out.

Really nails and hair growth are about nutrition so it's important to eat right. Eat foods rich in protein or if you are a vegetarian (like myself) drink protein shakes. This really helps. Also, supplements like biotin and flax seed oil can help. If you increase you protein intake in a few weeks you will really see a difference!

You could try eating more calcium, but too much calcium also isn't good.
Any nail polish that claims to make your nails grow is crap though.
