It is probably normal, but I'd bring it up on the next visit to the pediatrician just to make sure.

It's normal that every time she has to poop that she also has to pee.

Have not heard of this before but she may be deliberately holding it and then when needs to go - really needs to go!
If continues to concern you, talk with pediatrician or his/her nurse to see if further evaluation needs be done.
Otherwise, be thankful she can be busy while there.
