When i PMS, i get really angry and will snap at anyone or anything for doing anything. But its different for everyone. There's also pills like Midol that reduce the effect of PMS.

I don't keep an exact track of my symptoms, but you could using a calender or just make a chart. It is really different for everyone, just like everyones cycle is different and their cramps and other things.
For me before my period I am a b*tch. Seriously, I go off at the drop of a hat and things get on my nerves a lot more, especially when someone doesn't do something the most efficent way or the way I do it.
During my period I am just really tired, and I usually get allergy symptoms (runny nose, watery eyes and head aches). I get bad side effects from allergy/cold medicines (dizzy and light headed) so I either have that to go along with it or I just am stuffy.
Afterward I am back to normal. I also don't get cramps or back aches. Apparently I am one of the few.

Some months I have things worse than others. Sometime, I get horrible bloating, feels like a have a water balloon in my gut. And I get insatiable munchies.
But the downside is that it can exacerbate the symptoms of my anxiety and depression. This is why I can't do the skip-the-placebo week thing, because I'm sensitive to it and it really screws me up emotionally for weeks when I do it.
But I have to be on the pill for my PCOS. Oh well. LOL

I get a little depressed before my period and I feel tired all the time. That lasts from 3 days to a week. Then when my period hits, I get a headache, backache, bloating and severe cramping. I hate it. My back aches so bad that sometimes I cry out in pain. I just try not to move and sleep away some of the pain.

I don´t get PMS symptoms every time i have my period, but when i do, it´s pretty bad. Usually, some days before my period starts i crave sweets a lot. then, if i have cramps during my period,i get really annoyed, restless and in a bad mood mostly because of the pain.
I don´t necessarily keep track of the symptoms, i just know them by now because it´s been happening for so long.

I don't seem to get PMS anymore although I remember when I was younger I seemed to get kinda sad around just before my periods sometimes. Although I tend to get cramps just before my period. When I have my period it really sucks, I get severe cramps and generally more tired. Naprogesic(it might be called something else outside of Australia) can either stop the cramps happening or them less severe sometimes if I take it before I'm in a lot of pain.

Women know their bodies, more so than men do. We are all different, so are the symptoms.
My hormonal changes made me tired, crave certain foods, bloated and sometimes bitchy.
