Do you want to own a senior living facility?

I'm selling a 46 bed senior living facility. It needs work and better management. I've run out of resources for a buyer as the owner won't let me put in on the local MLS. Do you know anyone who can take care of the elderly in these homes? (It's in Northern California)

To obtain a buyer with out promotion or advertising is like going fishing with out a hook : ) Have you asked the owner to place ad in a local paper? Perhaps tell the owner that you can list the bussiness as confidential on the MLS as well. That might be the problem. People always seem to go back to calling realtors when they see how much ads in the big newspapers cost. Wish I could help you.. Agent in IL residential and commercial.
