I have my first basketball practice in a couple of days, and my crush might be there, How do I focus on the ball and not the guy?

try looking at the ball or court or your defender and then after practice u can shower or somthin then u can look at him

you just have to keep your head in practice not on him beilieve me i know how u feel.my crush was at my game against on of the best teams in my school distric(Bluegrass Baptist) and i just had to keep my head in the game.You just keep conitrtaded and do not think about him and then after practice you can.
