and how old do you have to be? what do you have to go through? I'm interested, I would love to help out people thats dealing with infertility issuses. could somebody explain it to me? I would appreciate it.

Definitely research online. Most agencies want you to have had at least one successful pregnancy of your own. This shows that you are capable of becoming pregnant and carrying a child to term. Research specifically the laws of your state. There have been a lot of changes because of surrogate moms who end up not wanting to give the baby to its bio. parents. Either way... Research, research, research.... Talk to your gyno, too.

You would have to be at least 18 to sign the contract and wouuld have to under go medical testing followed by invitro fertilization. Carry a baby for 9 months then give it to the parents. Legally, I believe the only money that can be involved is the parents paying the medical costs.
