I am in Ahmedabad(Gujarat ,India) and going to buy a new SIM card(new connection).I am so confuse that which mobile operator is best?
I need 200-500 Rs. balance for atleaste 1year or half year validity.
Can any one tell me that which is better BSNL ex-cell prepaid or Hutch Prepaid?
(I am student and I am not using so much but I want the balance in my mobile to 1 call perday.)
Please answer.

Go for BSNL, or if you are in Delhi or Mumbai try MTNL (GARUDA).
