I have a problem with lubrication during sex. I can't create my own lubrication and that concerns me. I've heard all the reasons, too young, not attracted, medicines, but I don't have that problem. I am incredibly attracted to the people I have sex with and fool around with, I'm young but I'm prepared, and I don't take any medicines. So I can't figure it out. The only way sex is comfortable is if I used saliva which is okay with me, but I don't want to have to ask a guy to do that all the time.

Basically if someone has any ideas for this, or anyone has experienced this I would appreciate some feedback.

Give me a chance here. I know I'm a guy but hopefully I can help. I have dated a number of women who had difficulty generating wetness and needed over the counter lubricants. All but one of them accepted this fact and were at ease with it. My wife, of 11 years, was inconsistent with her wetness before having 3 children. Now we use it every time. For us it really works out well. We use the application of it as a sort of foreplay. The water based lubes wash away very easily with water or a wet washcloth. They are inexpensive and will last a long time. A little goes a long way. Beware of children finding it however. My 3 year old mistook it for a travel size container of lotion and applied it to her arms and legs. After my wife's heart started beating again and I stopped laughing (of course I laughed, I'm a guy!) We cleaned her up and put a child lock on our bedroom door. Good luck to you and have a great new year.

Using saliva isn't exactly the most hygienic way to go about solving this problem. Instead, buy lube from a store that is designed for this problem, or if you are really concerned see a doctor.

Unfortunately, that's about the only way some women can get "lubricated" for sex.

I used to be able to get ready easily...but when my hormones started going out of control, I'm exactly opposite now.
