That's just the way life is. Either do something about it and try to get him or just move on.

felt that too, seriously i mean that man was a complete stranger but i really felt like i wanted to kiss him and marry him at the moment, but ive figured out its just raging hormones, romantic infatuation, it does not mean anything at the end of the day, after a month or so what youre feeling could get stronger, but try talking to him, and see what or who is he really, youre only attracted to him physically and the man in your imagination might not be him at all
i saw that, when that guy changed his hairstyle i totally freaked out and forgot about him although ive liked him for about a year

where do you talk to him at. if it is work your probably doing the wrong thing. just straight up ask him out to someplace easy and nice like starbucks or dinner at a local restaurant. DO NOT ask him to go out for drinks this may present your intentions differently if you catch my drift and may look bad on your part. get back at me and let me know how things went.

Tell him how you feel. Well if you don't know him i would try to be friends with him first, then as you gradually get to know him better then its the right time. But who knows once you get to know him then he might totally not be your type. So try to be friends first and see what happens from there
