So do i dump my friend because some other friends think I should or should i disregard what they say and just tell my friend that we need to be nicer.

no..u shouldn't dump ur friend. i think u should just be a little nicer to others. I guess maybe u guys feel really confident when u are with each other. so when both of u are with other people u tend to act differently. dont feel bad a lot of people are like that.

i would say describe rude? i mean its one thing for them to say that...but they never said she is rude, they said that you two are both rude when you are together. i think that i smell a rat there...as in...they just want you to not be her friend. if it were me, i would just tell her what they said...but i would not ditch your friend. you have to stick up for her. or you never were a friend. i don't know any of these people personally...maybe she really is rude...but you have to ask yourself the question, do you value her friendship or what people say about your friendship. ask your friends exactly what she does that makes her seem rude. if it is reasonable then there is a way she will work it out. it sounds more like they are not willing to accept her and point everything out that they can pick at to get you to think the way they do. just remember, that nobody is perfect and they are the ones that seem rude here. ultimately just do what makes you comfortable. good luck

I think for you to even think of dumping a "friend" because of other "friends" is sooooooooo rude!!!! Maybe u r rude with or without your "friend". It is not hard to be nice if you remember to just treat others the way you want them to treat you.

if you just "dump" a friend b/c of what other people thinkk. then you are definately not true friends to begin withh.. and if you are rude when your with her and not by yourself... then that means that you are not yourself around her and you make yourself someone your not jjust to please her or make her like you.. so in my opinion.. you and her just arent "true friends" (ya sorry if this is soundin corny lol) but dont take this the wrong way.. im not meaning anything rude.. im just letting you know what i think about the situation...

Be nicer. If your friend can't or won't be nicer with you, then you can consider dumping your friend.

I THINK YOU WERE RUDE TO DUMP YOUR FRIEND BECAUSE OF THE OTHERS. AND IF YOU TRY TO GET HER BACK I WOULDN'T BLAME HER IF SHE DOESN'T WANT TO BE YOUR FRIEND ANYMORE, TRUE FRIENDS STICK TOGETHER NO MATTER WHAT. DON'T LET THE OTHERS TELL YOU WHO YOU CAN SEE, OR WHAT TO DO.
