Smashbox makes one and so does MAC cosmetics.

If you're canadian (I'm going by your nickname here) a lot of the Shoppers Drug Marts have added Smashbox to their cosmetic lines and I know the one near my home has them for dark eyebrows and fair ones.

I did a search at iqvc and found four different kits ranging in price from 22.00 to 50.00. QVC has a fantastic return policy...You have 30 days to return an item for any reason!
