I have a regular myspace. Is there any way i could change it to an artists myspace without making a whole new one?

You can go to various sites to change the layout looking for "artistic layouts" but aside from that, the only other way to completely change it is to do a div layout which is not easy. I've been trying to learn it for days and I've been finding it hard to figure out. If you are more computer savvy than I, maybe you would find it easier. Below is the site I've been using. Good Luck!

Nope. You have to make a completely new Myspace with that, and you can't use the same email address.
