Probably not. I don't see them straying THAT far from the origins of the comics...Lana and Lex never married in the comics.
In one version she was married to Pete Ross who was vice president to Lex's president...who was forced from office making Ross president. Then Lana and Pete divorce and she tries to make moves on Superman who is by this time married to Lois.

Ok, my thought is that Lex will do something to endanger Lana, of course Clark comes to the rescue, but this is what finally causes the enmity between Clark and Lex.

The only way I'll care about Lana Lang ever again is if it turns out she's pregnant with Clark's baby!
As for marrying Lex, I don't think so, since the previews show her saying she still has feelings for Clark.

dunno but Lana and Lex is definetly not a good couple (Lana has too much hair). and for Clark...he'll probably end up with Lois Lane.
