a girl can pull of any color, but there are some colors that look especially great on different skin tones.
for example=
tan skin= orange
cream= army green
fair/pale= periwinkle
etc.

Umm here, I found this in a book.
Red
-put red in your life when there is
--a lack of enthusiasm and interest in life
--a lack of energy and a feeling of over-tiredness
--an inhabitality to make your dreams a practical reality.
--a feeling of insecurity, unwanted fear, or anxiety
-Using Red
If you want to come accross as a bold dynamic person, wear a red scarf or tie. This is especially effected if you have an event coming up at which your confidence needs a boost. You may also find this useful for a social occasion when you feel nervouse about some new people.
That's just one color. I'm to lazy to type the rest. Just ask if you need more =]

It depends on your skin tone, hair and eye colour.
Stick to pastel colours if you want to seem more approachable.
Red clothes makes you stand out, and would look great on you if you are fair. Some people can't carry off red.
While colours are important, other factors like material and cut of the dress can make or break an outfit.

Where do you think the term Power Suit comes from?
I wear black to make me feel sexy. Black is associated with sexy lingerie.
White for purity or for youthfulness

Yes, I think red and black and also dark greens and blues give a person confidence. If you know you are well groomed and your hair and nails are nice and you have chosen some nice clothing and shoes: they world is your oyster.

Sorry i'm not a guy--i'm completely instantly--yet i might want to assert that a hazel eco-friendly is the perfect. this is merely extremely fairly. Blue eyes bypass with the blonde-hair-blue-eyes component, and brown is going with brown hair. Oh wait! Sunflower eyes. <3 the way some human beings have a sunflower irise. God, this is appropriate.
