i need help i play wing and guard and its hard having 2 postions..........?

i no nothing about wing can you tell me what is the wings jop can you give me pointers? when i go out in a game i get so confused i dont know where im supposed at freethrows with wing position when the other team is throwing the ball in from the sidelines i dont know where to get i dont know my defense i have no idea i dont even know why couch put me in that position??
