A couple years ago, I was talking with some friends, and this girl in the group said that her boyfriend was going to the bathroom and sneezed. He then started peeing out blood, and when he went to the hospital, they had to shove a Q-Tip up his penis to clean it out and he passed out from the pain. Is this true? I've been scared to sneeze while going to the bathroom ever since.

That is errant nonsense. You don't begin bleeding from your penis just because you sneeze while you're peeing. That would be like saying that if you fart when you burp you'll get bad breath. The two have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
To pee blood indicates something far more serious than just a sneeze and would take a horrendous injury to occur. She was telling you a tall tale. Don't believe a word of it.

This is true because just yesterday morning, I had gone to the hospital after sneezing while urinating because blood came out. It is extremely painful and i advise that in the mornings, especially people with allergies,blow your nose before you pee.

If anything at all happens to me when I sneeze while peeing, I may fart... Thats about as bad as it gets...

That's really really weird. Wow. Thank goodness I don't have a penis =] If anythig, I would think he maybe already had a problem that he didn't know of, and the pressure just made it worse. But if you're healthy, I doubt you have anything to worry about.

Thats not true. I've sneezed when I was urinating, and what happened was that my urine came out faster and a little sprayed out over the toilet.

I'm not on my period but when i sneeze when i pee it just automatically stops coming out and when i don't it just keeps on coming out the pee.
