Do you like the names Carmela and Carlotta?
Do you think they would make good names for a sibling for Annika?

I like both of these names. They have familiar feeling and yet neither of them are very common. Very feminine. : ) They go well enough with Annika.

Carmela is quite pretty not so keen on Carlotta but some similar names that would sound cute with Annika would be Carmen, Camilla, Charlotte.

With no disrespect intended, Those names sound like waitressess at a coner diner. I would try to find a coool name to accentuate Annika. It will have to be something that you can say, along with annika, that sounds like they are supposed to be togther.Example Annika Seantell (chawntell), GOOD LUCK!

Yeah, I like them, actually. I might not use both for sisters of Annika because they're similar to each other but not to Annika, but otherwise they seem like good sibling names for Annika. Mellie and Carlie maybe ... hehe. I really do like them. Maybe I'm weird. I named my daughter something weird...

They aren't my favorite names. I personally would go with something similiar like Camilla, Camile, Carlyn, or Cailyn.
They are kind of cute with Annika though.
