Johnson And Wales. I think that's how you spell it. I know a lot of people who have gone there and they are all very accomplished chefs. But take it from a career food service worker, It sucks in food service!!! Think long and hard before pursuing this career path. It requires long hours and it very hard to make good money. Good luck. Oh yeah its in Providence, Road Island.
