available wi-fi network?

how do i get information about an available wi-fi network that just appeared in my list of available connections? it's one called make money, and all of my complexes wi-fi resources are wayyyy down since it started.

I've used Net Stumbler. It'll show lots of stuff about available networks, like the channel, SNR, IP, MAC, etc.
Your problem might be that the new wifi is on a conflicting channel with yours.
