A lot of the teams problems stem from the leadership of the team owner and the coaching staff. They need a butt kicking coach and a staff to match. A good coaching staff can get a lot our of average players.

Well, Kitna is not too bad. Dre Bly is ok, kind of like a poor man's Deion Sanders. Roy Williams is a top-10 wideout. The rest is pretty bleak, especially the front office.
Look at the bright side: You're not the Raiders.
