Well, there are probably at least about 5000 roads in England called "Abbey Road" ...but I'm guessing you probably mean the one in north-west London with the EMI recording studio in it, that the Beatles named their last album after?
The crooked lines painted on the road appear either side of a pedestrian road crossing , and indicate to drivers that they are forbidden to park their car in the painted area.

To alert drivers to the crosswalk. The diagonal pattern is thought to be more noticeable than straight lines.
