Be professional. Treat it as though they are a stranger. Dress up. Refer to the employer as "sir" or "ma'am." Treat them as a potential boss. Don't go in thinking you know them already.

Come up with answers to potential questions. Like "Why do you want to work here?... What are your strengths and weaknesses?... Where do you see yourself in five years?..." As Scar from "The Lion King" said..... BE PREPARED!!!

Imagine he is NOT a family friend. Answer all of his questions honestly and professionally. Don't ramble on and on, Be precise and to the point. Be polite and respectful. Look into the eyes of the interviewer when he speaks to you, and when you respond to his questions. Dress appropriately. Don't show up to apply for an office job in a tennis outfit. A smile won't hurt, but you don't want to appear over friendly. If you're asked what pay you are looking for, be honest and tell him what you would like to make. Just be a person he feels would be an asset to his company. Keep in mind....if you were interviewing him for the job.....what traits would you look for in the person you were interviewing. Good luck

Good for you at such a young age......... yey smart teenagers do exist.. haha ...well dress business like..dress pants, and a blazer.. and have an extra resume coppy on you..... review some questiosn that they might ask you like: what are your plans for the future, where are you invoolved at school, tell a time when you had a challnge and how you solved it. My interviewers asked me if i had anything else to say about me at the end of the interview --> DO NOT SAY NO NOTHING talk about your self , if you need to repeat what you have already told them, tell them good trades about yourself.... worked for me

Good Luck

Just relax, be yourself, speak clearly and listening closely to the questions. You can ask them to repeat a questions, if you don't understand them. Dress professional, arrive 10-15 early to interview, don't be late. Good Luck!
