Is a birthday card enough?
Yeah, hi everybody! So, this girl of my heart is having her birthday this month and since last month I have been preparing a birthday card for her - which I made by myself. But, now I actually doubt if I have to give it to her. And is a birthday card enough because I am afraid that if I give her something else, a present, than I would look like a weirdo since I would be the only boy to give her a present?
*this girl knows my feeling and she said she just want to be friends and we are 14. that's why i think it would be inappropriate for me to give her a present; and just a made-by-myself card would be enough to impress. is it?
But, having said that, how should I give it to her? What should I say? Personally?

Do you know how to make key chains? or some craft work? or maybe baking a small cake together with the birthday card? it will be very sweet of you doing that? you are only 14 years old. Getting expensive bags etc. is too costly for you. Do something is not costly and will in-return touched her heart. Giving her sweet memorises present is better than expensive products. After that, taking photos together etc. It is friends always do.. rite?

stay away from jewlery. maybe a movie ticket. It's a gift but not too personal if she just wants to be friends. A simple happy birthday when you give it to her is enough

If you don't think you can give to her face to face, then slip it in her locker. But the idea about decorating her locker is a great add-on if you are friends and she wouldn't be embarrassed by the extra attention.

decorate her locker with balloons and have people sign a happy birthday (her name) that sorta stuff. u should also give her the card
