Own 1 home. Next home will be condo at the beach. I am now 42 years old and married with 1 kid and have been in my existing home for 11 years.

I was 21 when I bought my first home. I now have 2. One primary residence and 1 rental property. I am currently 31.

Wow. I feel bad, too! My husband and I bought our first house last year. I was 25 & he was 26.
