Sadly yes... I was in a bad relationship and my ex used to call me fat and ugly when I had always thought myself skinny and pretty. After I left him I knew that indeed I was pretty but it hurt for the time being.

if that person who was called ugly but "really" pretty. how do they know they are really pretty? maybe someone called them ugly because they are. you know sometimes i will see someone i think is pretty, but they open their mouth and speak and they become ugly to me. or if i see someone wearing fur, it doesnt matter what they look like, they are ugly.

yup all through high school and I would be just flip my hair and be like "whatever *****, you're mother's ugly." LOL, girl dont even sweat it
