Husband wants divorse from her wife without paying $0.00, when their 2 kids leave with her mom kids are 19, and 17. husband left her because he found new business and other state but now he couldn't buy business and left alone and wife is supporting those 2 kids for past 2 year without husband giving penny. Now husband wants to get marry again so, wants divorse from her. should she let him go Just like that?? and does she have right to refuse to give divorse? once again does she has legal right to refuse for divorse??? thanks for ur advice and support

She should give him a divorce then file for childsupport and back childsupport...she might also be able to add interest to the back childsupport. Also if the older child goes to college she can ask him to split the costs_

Why does she want him around... Let him go... She seen the signs a long time agoe and didn't pay any attention to them.. As far as support goes when the children reach 18 the parent is no longer intitled to any childsupport.. He just stayed married to her because he didn't want to pay the support.. She needs to get on with her life. even if it is being alone for the rest of her life.. because I know by having children who are 19 and 17 that she is in her 40's and they say that a person would come closer to winning the lottery before a woman finds true love after the age of 40... all I know it is really sad that this man did this to her... but then again she seen the signs and her choice was to ignore them... just sad...

yaar...the kind of love should come from heart. not from papers. when kids are already 19 and 17..and the husband does not have any good business..how can he pay for maintenance? it is better to take an agreement from him, ( that when ever he gets money, he should pay.) and leave him happily.atleast he may realize the truththat his wife does not want to screw his happiness. with force, u can not live together happily.

First of all divorce is consent of two people. If any one does not agree to it then divorce cannot be given. Once divorce is not allowed there is no alimony(spousal support). Before giving divorce the lady should definitely ask for support for herself and the two kids. She has full rights to refuse divorce. It is for the lawyer to be convincing.

its sad really when a marriage ends up like this especial for the wife in this case . she can sue for child support on the 17 year old but i don't think for the 19 year old ... i believe in life we all get what we deserve and we each have our day of reckoning , what we do to others will come back to us sooner or later , she has her children and that's all she needs now . he will soon relize the damage his done to his children ..

i know in some states there is like a limit, say paperwork is filled and after 30 days if no responce then you're divorced. i know a guy who's ex wouldn't divorce him, but there was a limit of three years for that. screw that ******* guy! why should you do what he wants and help him when he couldn;t help you/kids ONCE! what a butthead!

i think wife should leave her husband bcos her husband want to marry with rich woman . when her father refused to marry a that men who already divorcee , then , that girl refused him at the end.

she can ask for compansation if she is divorsed.
off course one of the two children is adult so he will not get ,other will get upto one year.
Wife will get till life.
As per law wife will be taken care by husband & the son also has to take care of mother if she demands .

no, you should not leave him just like that. give him the responsibility of children and ask for the proper satelment. so, that you and you children can go through a bright life.
