I have a 24 inch piece of soft netting that I use to scrub my back. I bought it somewhere, and I can't remember where, but I figured just soft net from the store, would work just as good. It really feels awesome on the back and the rest of your body, too. I removes all the dead skin.

You know the soft lufas (bath lily) you get on a string, you can get them on a long handle. If your in Australia, you purchase them from Priceline or the Body Shop internationally. Unfortunately, unless you have long arms or a shower buddie, you have to use something on a stick : ) I have included a picture link below fromthe Body Shop.

Get a few scrubby pads you use for dishes, and velcro em in the shower, then rub yer back against it. Feels real good.
