Kurt Angle should go down in history as the best ever.
Talented Amateur wrestler
Talented Pro (fake) wrestler
Olympic Champion
Tons of mic skills/charisma - he could make you love him or hate him. few people can play face or heel as good as him. Nobody in wwe now, can play both a good face and heel character.
He was the best in ring performer in recent history (not counting Benoit) and counting talent/gimmick/personality was the greatest wrestler of all time.
Undertaker gets honorable mention for longevity. He has been dominating for like 20 years.
But i wouldnt mention Cena or Batista in the same sentence. A few years from now when the history is written they will be know like goldberg is now, useless, overexposed, and untalented, just fed main event stardom at a weak time of wrestling despite being at best average wrestlers

Since you said wrestler and not entertainer, it's definitely Kurt Angle. He has the complete package and is definitely one of the best wrestlers and entertainers in modern day wrestling.
Undertaker's popularity has resulted from a very good gimmick and strong work ethic. He's had some great matches, but he's not a better wrestler than Angle, IMO.
I think Cena is a hard worker and promotes the company really well, which a champion should do, however he has yet to show me that he can deliver in the wrestling department.
Batista is your classic big guy, however he's not a great wrestler and he's also very injury prone. I sometimes feel that Batista is a flight risk for the WWE. JMHO

Angle, easily. Kurt has so many characters, he had goofy heel, his American hero good guy, and his intense, psycho heel, all very great characters. His range is unbelievable. Plus, he's easily the best of these four in the ring. I'm not too big on Taker's gimmick, and Cena and Batista just suck.

best technical wrestler: kurt angle
best pure striker, best offensive wrestler: undertaker
both match each other on submission holds cuz taker can do a couple of submissions.
suckiest wrestlers:john cena and batista.
cena is just a popular gimmick wit limited wrestling ability.
batista is just a big strong zombie in the ring who needs 2 be fired.
