open up the case.
and plug it back in.

depends on a) what fan if its cpu just plug it back into the Mobo, if its the just general cooling fan then it depends on the second factor b) if its the small off white plug then it goes into the mobo, if its the clearish white one you find another like it and just plug it into the back of it
