same reason most don't know how to spell, they're idiots. It used to bother me so bad when I first started on answers, but now I look over it.

maybe they don't know the difference, that you're means you are and your means it belongs to you, and yore means days of yesteryear.
The English language is confusing to people that have moved here from different countries. I mean look the words two, to, too, tui, and tutu. Fore for, four. It is confusing.

the "E" key on the keyboard is to far away from the "R" key. It would use too much precious time to press that could be used insulting inocent Answerers.
