I think it's been boring for 10 years

I’m a long time fan of the Garfield comics, they [and maybe one or two others] are the only reason I even open the newspaper. I was sorely disappointed with the live-action Garfield movie; I’m too scared to see the second one.
Recently, yes, the comics don’t seem to have the quite the same humor or style to them that they used to. I have several of the Garfield comic books and they still put my in hysterics when I read them. The strips in the papers today don’t seem as funny. Maybe Jim Davis is running out of funny ideas? Maybe he’s relying too much on a writing staff to help with the comics and thus loosing some of the quality they originally had? I’m not sure what it is exactly, but yes, the comics do seem a little more dry these days.

Garfield is my favorite and all, but yeah.Because Liz and Jon are finally dating, nothing really much going on.Christmas and New Years strips have gotten old.

no. no way. not for me. although this may only be true because of my age -13. so basiacally im still a child who thinks a lot of things are funny but to an adult, it could seem borings and plain. sometimes some---SOME are kinda boring, but that is most likely because i just dont understand it cuz' im little.
but to answer your question, no i do not find it boring in any way, shape or form.

Yeah it is kinda getting boring its because like there nothing funny anymore like everything has been done almost!

the fun is still there, but it has grown a bit stale the last couple of years... i will still continue to read it daily as long as it comes out though...
