I have a tenant who has threatened stuff if I evict him. Should I evict him or get an injuction? Which one is quicker & better?

Evict him for what?

You need a cause for eviction.

depends on local law (don't know where you are) and on what grounds you would be evicting him. For example: non-payment of rent, breach of lease, etc. Contact a local tenant/landlord rights lawyer. Where I am (SF,CA) we have given people a three day eviction notice...but they hadn't paid rent in 3 months and we used a lawyer.

in nc, after you have the paper issued, it is 5 days until the court date, after the court date , if you win, there is a 10 day appeal period, then you can have a writ of possession issued , after this paper is issued the sheriff has up to 7 days to serve the eviction.
