don't know diddly about the states or elsewhere, the earliest laws governing blood marriage can be found in Roman Comparative law, modern states draw on this with adjustments and refinements but the basic law applying to sanguine relations is this- any man or woman wishing to marry must be more than one degree removed from the common ancestor, they should be at minimum two degrees and more removed. so brother and sister may not marry as they are only one degree removed from the common ancestor- the parents, cousins may marry as they are two degrees removed from the common ancestor- the grand parents. i know, i know it varies form state to state- but this is the earliest form of codicil/law i do believe.
