Please only respectful answers. Thank you. I enjoy similar musicians such as Marvin gaye, Heatwave,Righteous brothers,Sade, Brian McKnight and other soul music artists. Instead of going to a party, I prefer to stay cozy in my home either with a book or the internet. My friends are people in their 40's and older usually. Peace and solitude are common things within my mind and life. I am wise beyond my years and can not even relate well with same age peers. So what do you think?

First of all, I respect the things you like to do but how old are you? My similar story is I've been told twice I'm not an old lady yet...I'm in my early 20s. I listen to soft rock, I'm more into a cozy and peaceful environment with a little fun here and there, read a book a lot, and other not too wild and crazy stuff. Anyway, now I think there could be nothing wrong with this, assuming that's just you...and this is just me. The list above is who I am, the place I'm comfortable with, my interest, and I feel its what should matter most. We have our own life, I live mine as I will, so can you, regardless of opinions but not everyone will see it the way I do. And you must be one of those unique and interesting people I'd like to get to know. I think your interesting.

That doesn't mean that you are an old soul, it just means that you are a calm, introverted person. An old soul is someone who connects with the world and with people in a deep way almost instantly. So you may be an old soul, but from what you described, it just sounds like you are more of a calm person than anything else.

I think that you prefer mature surroundings. & Who cares what you do or who you hang out with, you are living your own life, and you are your own person.
