Right now I am signed up at reward hits and earning hit cash, which can be converted to paypal. I was wondering if there are any services similar to reward hits or treasure trooper (no longer accepts paypal) that give you free money by getting referrals, signing up for free offers, advertisements, etc.

There are some online consumer products surveys that pay rewards via PayPal. You just aswer the surverys, and on occasion particupate in various product usage panels. You get to keep the stuff too.
Go to Goole.com and put in consumer surveys, and so many come up its confusing. Search for those that pay rewards via PayPal.
