high tension had pretty cool violent scenes that were very gorey with a lot of blood with its chainsaw and heads coming off. overall disturbing would go to the hills have eyes with its disturbing rape scene and animal eating things. It was more disturbing because of its violence with those freaky things. it was also a great movie with a great plot though.

Never saw High Tension OR but The Hills Have Eyes is pretty disturbing to me anyway.

hmm i have never seen High Tension i will have to look it up and see if i would want to see it... but the hills have eyes disturbed me so much i slept through it... it was just a terrible movie

well I think High tension cause I've only seen up to the part where blondey is in the gas station and I havent seen the hills have eyes but I've herd its gory and is about cannibals?
