Well, I'm assuming you're in middleschool or early highschool. He's doing this because he's an annoying teenage boy. (And boys, don't get offended, there are plenty of annoying teenage girls too. lol)
Don't bother with him! You don't seem heartbroken and he doesn't seem to REALLY like or want you. =]
