If there were no gimmicks or scripts that had to be followed, The Undertaker might win, although Taker usually sticks to strikes while Goldberg sticks to grapples which is better for a pro wrestler.

Goldberg was the worst wrestler ever.
He was fed easy opponents.
He had 4 moves.
He had no mic skills.
And he ended Bret Hart's (the greatest wrestler ever) career because he messed up a superkick. A friggin superkick. How Do You Mess Up A Superkick!!!
Hell, he was a wuss in real life too. Chris Jericho beat him up backstage. Yes. Little Chris Jericho beat the living crap out of "the beast" Goldberg.
