It all depends on what you want to change, there are lots of different signs of aging. For me, it's mostly my joints. I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Lots of aches and pains.
I started taking RegeniCARE with "Protectin" for my joints and now I'm doing better than ever, it's 100 times better than the other supplements that I took before like glucosamine and MSM but, best of all, I have friends asking what I'm using for my skin. They say my skin has never looked better and that my wrinkles are disappearing. Well, I wasn't concerned about that, I just wanted to feel better, but it's a nice plus.

I'd recommend the following for anyone who is 40+:
Rejuvamax if you are 55+/Rejuvamin if you are 40-55. Both are made by BioCentrics and are a combination of amino acids that stimulate human growth hormone (HGH) production.
DHEA is a hormone precursor that also stimulates HGH production. Start with 25 mg for about a month. If you either feel no benefit or are feeling a little more energy, try upping the dosage to 50 mg for another month, then 75. I wouldn't go beyond 100 mg without a doctor's involvement.
Two words of caution for DHEA. If you are at increased risk for cancer or are being treated for an active cancer, I'd advise against it at this time. There is a "theory" that DHEA may speed up cancer growth. This has never been proven, but...
The other caution is that men especially can get highly irritable or easy to anger when they are taking too much DHEA. If you notice this, back off on the dosage.

A supplement called GH-3 or Gerovital. It's available over the counter in 80 different countries like Canada or Mexico but not permitted in the US because it's effective in treating ailments like arthritis. The drug companies with help from the FDA keep it out of the country.
