for a newbie, i would recommend you look up an expert mock draft to see where players are usually ranked amongst each other. its important to keep up with the nba to spot potential rising stars like monta ellis, andris biedrins, al jefferson, kevin martin, and david lee. i would try my best to stay away from players who are injury prone but players like tmac and baron davis are definitely worth the risk. so put a lot of effort in your draft and keep up with the nba, and you should do fine.

What exactly do you want to know? I am in first place in both my leagues. I have built my team on well rounded players that for the most part shoot well. The players I have on both of my teams include, Steve Nash, Ben Wallace, Luol Deng and I did have Nenad Krstic until he got hurt and is now out for the year. Let me know what else you are thinking.

Don't look at the o-rank, if searching for a general player always look at the actual rank that player has, it is a good way to get a decent barometer on how good your team and other players are.
