I am a lead for a custodian crew in a casino.
Next year we will expand the casino with a 5 Star Hotel.
I would like to prepare my crew on how to clean a 5Star Hotel and Casino as early as possible. I am really not sure what the 5 Stars mean. I thank for any input.

Expectations of people staying in a 5-star are high, rooms should be impeccably cleaned, bathrooms spotless. Linen in excellent condition. No shortcuts with cleaning. Service in all areas should be second to none.

Ah but you see only The Oracle knows all. In Saudi Arabia there is a 7 star hotel. Everything is Gold and Marble. Feather pillows, well you get the drift. 5 star is basically like home. You would have all the comforts you need, the bed is not lumpy and people treat you with respect if you stayed at a 5 star hotel because they think you're rich and can somehow benefit from you.

Five Stars... top class, top of the line, and high dollar expensive. The guests will expect the best of the best... for everything. All the little extras, and above and beyond the call of duty isn't enough. The hotel should have guidelines on what they will expect of you and your team. Congratulations .. and good luck!

Your employers have not told you what is expected? 5 star is the top rating for a hotel , First class in everything.

stars mean how much is the hotel exclusive and expensive. and 5 stars is very exclusive
