My dad's house has steel siding that came coated and looks like wood. It hasn't been washed for over 10 years, and I would like to know if anyone has any suggesions on how, or with what to clean it with.

I'd imagine it's aluminum, not steel. Try a pressure washer with regular house wash. If mildew is present, I add a little bleach.

Now before everybody jumps on me for adding bleach, I've heard it all before. blah blah blah. Listen, if my seals corrode in a few years, I'll buy another washer!!! big deal. At least I get rid of the mildew.

Don't get too close to the house with the stream if you use the pressure washer.
