Ok This Will take a while and is kind of complicated so you really have to read between the lines and put two and two together. But If you know what I'm saying (and you have Windows) youll be able to do it.
First, You need to, obviously, download the songs. Next, take the downloaded song(s) and drag them to either, if you have Windows, your My Music folder which can be accessed by going to the programs and finding my computer and go to (enter your name here)'s documents under my Music, or the MUCH EASIER WAY, your desktop. Then, (please note this only works if you have Windows 95, 98, ME, or XP) open Windows Media Player (It is built in if you have the above PC's) connect your MP3 player to the USB port and, on the Windows Media Toolbar, click Sync, click and drag the songs from your desktop/My Music folder onto the empty list and click start Sync
