Enchiladas Diablo. They are chicken enchiladas in which the chicken is cooked with onions and four kinds of chiles (habanero, thai, serrano, and jalepeno). Ancho chiles are rehydrated and cooked with chile oil and habaneros to make a sauce. Then a blend of chiles (same as above), cheese, onion and the chicken fills the enchiladas. They'll make you sweat twice.

The spiciest food I ever ate was pepper-cheese......I honestly nearly choked on it, there nearly wasn't enough water in the tap to cool my throat and oesophagus with!!
Of course I never ate it again! ;-)

I'm not sure if I know the answer...I plan on trying new things, but my uncle's crayfish were pretty spicy. Now, how are you to enjoy them if they burn your lips? Eat one. Drink. Eat one. Drink. Now that's no fun! Also wasabi(sp?) that green stuff. I ate a chunk of it once. I got a stomach eache it was so spicy.

Anything with horseradish or jalapeno peppers in it.

Did you know that if drink milk after a spicy food it will cut how spicy it is? Sour cream works in a pinch.

I grew some Tabasco peppers in my garden last spring. We made stuffed bell peppers only using about four of the little peppers. Holy Crap! Talk about fire in the hole. Pretty plant-- torture on the tongue!
