If the cotton keeps snapping, 1. because the tension is far to tight.turn it a little until the cotton is going through easier, 2 , the needle may be had it, change the needle, 3. check that the bobbin is in correctly..........also make sure that the bobbin is filled correctly, usually with the same cotton, i which i could tell you how to thread it, but need to see the machine, its hard to describe threading as all machines are so different, the rule i use is that if the top sewing is wrong, then its the bobbin and if the underneath sewing is wrong, then its the top threading. I sure hope that this will help, cheers good luck and god bless

Apply a thin film of glue to the end of the thread and let it sit for a while, it becomes stiff and it is easy to thread it. I usually do it from the outside in. Just see if the tension of the thread is okay. Usually this is what makes the thread snap. Good luck

If you have the name and model number type it into your browser and search for a Manuel! If it is just a hole in a pocket thread a Manuel needle and sew it by hand!!

Here are the basics. Adapt as required to match you machine, better instructions with a manual can be found if you know the model and number.

This web site included pics thought it might help.
