Modeling isn't based on weight. It's based on height, measurements, and dress size. And of course your bone structure, your potential, what agencies and clients are looking for, and a bunch of other things. Weight isn't included because it varies so much and depends on so many things. You have 5'9" fashion models with weights ranging from 102 to 125, with almost identical body shapes and only differ by one dress size.

At 5'6" you're too short for fashion/runway modeling, but you could do a lot of print or commercial work and stuff like that.

Now I'm 5'9", 115lbs, size 2, so it's not really my place to say (lol), but you DO seem a little thin to me. Just make sure your health is in order and if it is, then everything's great!

Good luck!

yes, to me. I mean im a guy & i dont want 2 be with a girl i feel like i will break if i hug her. try 2 get up to about 125-130 thats a good figure for a girl your height.

Most model are too too thin. Nicole Richie looks like a drug addict, but tyra banks is perfect.

yes u r too thin but i don't know how old u r so... yes u could defintley be a model based on ur weight but modeling agencies don't want models that look anorexic. and u have to be pretty. being thin doesn't mean ur pretty

you are too thin. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight. Your body mass index is 16.6 which is below the 18.5 bmi for what is considered normal.

You really should be more like 115 pounds to have an average bmi.

wow. i'm EXACTLY the same size.
i get critisized alot about being to thin but i definatly think it's stupid.
i mean nicole richie is like what 80 pounds? THAT is too thin.
And i definatly think modeling is a huge option.

I think you're too thin to be a model for your height. Are you anorexic?
