U poor baby! I'm pregnant with my second, and my first is only 12 months. I'm only about 3 weeks preg and having to take care of her is tiring, so I can relate to what u're going thru. My husband's in the army, so I have no one to help around the house, but ur partner should def start lending a hand. U two should work out some kind of schedule if possible, where one is doing this chore, or one is watching the kids for this amount of time, or one should cook. Sweetie. the most important thing for u to do is relax, because stress will bring abt complications, something noone needs. The dr.s can def do something about the nausea, constipation, and all with some medication, and it's good to mention getting plenty of rest, which will def help with the energy. With my first, it was hard for me to sleep, I'd be so tired in the morn and during the day but when I'd lay down at nite, I couldn't sleep. But if u feel like a housekeeper is the only way u feel u can get some rest, and u have the money, go for it!!
Good luck and God bless.

I felt that way for about the first 3 months when I was pregnant each time. The nausea usually only lasts for the first trimester, and your OB doc can give you something for indigestion and constipation. Don't be afraid to ask, they deal with it all the time. If your husband is unable to help with the housework and other stuff, then I would say either hire someone to help with it or ask a family member or friend. You'd be surprised how willing people are to help when they know you're having difficulties. Good luck sweetie and I hope things get better for you soon.

Yes definitely! I have three boys, 3 months, 18 months and 3 years. This last pregnancy really took a tole on my body and my stress levels with being so tired and overwhelmed were high. Somehow you will muddle through it, and don't worry if you have to let the house get run down a little! Your health and rest are more important then having a spotless house. Eat lots of protein in the morning and get you doctor to check your Iron. It may be low and you can take some vitamins to bring it up again for an energy boost. Good luck, and hang in there!

I have 3 kids, and pregnant with twins. I feel that way all the time. I don't hire a housekeeper because I want the extra money to go out to eat at least 4 nights a week so I don't have to cook and clean as much.

Having a supportive partner would be the biggest load off of your shoulders, ask him to take on some of the housework. And be sure to take time for your self, get the sleep your body needs.
Im 9 weeks pregnant with my first right now, and i can't even imagine having to look after 2 kids while im going thru this!!
