OK its sI'mple im not trying to disrespect you. OK #1 did you read your instructions? #2 have you installed the software.OK now put your Cd's in your computer after you have installed the ipod software its free plug your ipod into your computers usb connection port with the usb cord that came in your package with your ipod.then after you ipod is plugged up insert a CD and click import.It will send the song to your library then click on the part that you fill out that will say for instance your name i dont know so I'm gonna say Kerry's ipod click on that.Then it will lead you through everything. I hope you have good luck and enjoy your ipod.

www.apple.com/ipod - an ipod comes with zero instructions. The website is the only place to get them. Apples are still rotten. My next mp3 play will not be an ipod. I resent that the only way to download to an ipod is through the itunes site

step 1: snap flimsy crap-pod nano in half
step 2: go to nearest bestbuy/circuitcity
step 3: buy non-mass media popularized mp3 player that works much better and does more than an ipod nano
really people, ipod is just so popular because people made it popular. it's not better than many other players. in fact it's often worse.
