I liked the fact the I was responsible for so many clients, and that if something went wrong it was on my shoulders.
What I didnt like: The employer interferring with the day to day operations of the company

Helping a person understand the concept they were learning- the most. Having to grade a person that didn't try & explain it to the parent- the least.
