I dont know about kings mountain, but there is A "boogie's wrestling school" that i think is in NC (but it may be VA).
Most independent wrestling companies will train people.
I have 2 friends that wrestle in NC, and they both were trained by an independent wrestling federation and then just started gaining experience during shows and practicing in spare time.
Look into the CWF and AIWF (aiwfwrestling.net). both companies work in the north carolina region
